We sell products from our shop that are supplied, manufactured, and/or shipped by third-party companies. While we strive to ensure product quality and accuracy, we do not manufacture these products ourselves. All sales are final with us.

  • Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided based on information from our suppliers.

  • We do not guarantee that product details, colors, or availability will always be accurate.

  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

Shipping & Returns 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Products from our shop are shipped directly from our Outsource Suppliers. Shipping times may vary and are estimates only.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by suppliers, carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Lost packages due to incorrect address input

Ownership of goods transfers once the order is handed to the shipping carrier unless required otherwise by law.

RETURNS & REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Because products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers:

  • Items may not be eligible for return

  • All personalized items belong to you and can not be returned

  • Refund on suppliers orders are based on third party supplier policy reviews

Please review the policy with third-party suppliers before purchases are made.

All ORIGINAL ART SALES

  • All original art sales are directly through Kameko’s Art Studio, LLC with the artist, Kameko

  • Purchases are one time, bi-monthly, or 3 month payment plans. Refunds are not available during mid payment or partial payment plans.

  • Shipping costs may apply depending on location

  • All originals are signed by the artist with a certificate of authenticity upon arrival

  • Personal , local deliveries of original art is made possible by arrangement with the artist

  • Out of Los Angeles delivery requires additional costs based on the carrier, packaging, and location

  • Small art sale deliveries are made through UPS, USPS, and FedEx with tracking numbers provided.

  • All original art sales are final, no returns or exchanges provided once sale is closed
