Gift products from our shop are supplied, manufactured, and/or shipped by third-party companies. While we strive to ensure product quality and accuracy, we do not manufacture these products ourselves. All sales are final with us.

  • Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided based on information from our suppliers.

  • All orders are subject to availability by suppliers only.

Shipping & Returns 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Manufactured products from our gift shop are shipped directly from our Outsource Suppliers. Shipping times may vary.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by suppliers, carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Lost packages due to incorrect address input

Ownership of goods transfers once the order is handed to the shipping carrier unless required otherwise by law.

RETURNS & REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Because products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers:

  • Items may not be eligible for return or refund

  • All personalized items belong to you and can not be returned

All ORIGINAL ART SALES & PRINTS

  • All original art sales & prints are directly through Kameko’s Art Studio, LLC.

  • Purchases are one time, bi-monthly, or 3 month payment plans. Payments are non refundable.

  • Shipping costs may apply depending on location of city and state.

  • All originals are signed by the artist with a certificate of authenticity upon arrival

  • Personal , local deliveries of original art is made possible by arrangement with the artist

  • Out of California delivery requires additional costs based on the carrier, packaging, and location

  • Small art sale deliveries are made through UPS, USPS, and FedEx with tracking numbers provided
